題名:不同國籍外派適應性與外派績效關係之研究--以臺美日跨國科技廠商外派員工為例

本研究問題主要探討外派適應性與外派績效關係。本研究採用調查法,母體為中美日科技跨國廠商(Multiple-National Enterprises, MNEs)所聘雇之臺籍外派人員。共寄發1000份MNE公司員工,共回收558份,去除無效問卷27份,有效問卷為531份,回收率為55.8%。 研究結果發現,外派人員異文化適應性與經營績效呈現正相關。結果發現美式MNE外派人員外派適應性對外派績效影響程度最大,中式MNE次之,日式MNE最小。
