本文是在探討屏東縣長治鄉「屏東縣私立椰子園老人養護之家」社會資源開發、整合與運用之情形，首先探討該家為住民提供福利服務時之各種社會資源，並做出結論以做為未來運用社會資源參考依據，其結論有（一）經費補助來源多元化、彈性化。（二）個案管理整合。（三）人際關係建構策略。（四）開發社會資源並建立原有資源價值。（五）各老人安置機構彼此間是合作伙伴關係非競爭關係。共五項，以作為該加未來提供住民福利服務參考依據。
The aticle exploring that Pingtung of Yeh Tzu Yuan Private Nursing House using the social resources. The first , discussing the aged agency of social resources in the different welfare services. And the end, the article inclusion are constructed. There are five inclusions. The first, budget is multi-approach supplied. The second, intergrating case management. The third, personal interaction constructed. The forth, developing social resources and established the native resources value. The last, The aged agencies are partners.
