This research aims to examine the relationship between members involving in multi-agency risk assessment of high- risk cases in domestic violence in Yunlin County and the efficiency they present. According to the research, the project has achieved primary effect to protect the safety of the victims of domestic violence and reduced the happening of the violence committed by the seventy-seven offenders who are under surveillance in Yunlin County. According to the interview of the eleven members involving in the project, they possess such characteristics as being humorous, kind, positive and enthusiastic. Meanwhile the mode of the cooperation among different agencies helps build consensus toward domestic violence cases and make subsequent assistance available. At the end of the research, suggestions such as systematizing the project, supervising domestic violence cases, strengthening on-the-job training, enhancing the connection among related agencies, and revising assessment tools regularly are offered.
