題名:大學生參與服務學習課程之動機、阻礙因素與滿意度研究--以六所私立大學校院為例

本研究旨在探討大學生參與服務學習課程之動機、阻礙因素及滿意度三者之關係,採「問卷調查法」,受試者爲六所私立大學校院1028位參與服務學習課程學生。研究結果顯示:服務學習動機與服務學習滿意度各層面之間有顯著的正向關係,而服務學習動機與阻礙因素、服務學習阻礙因素與滿意度各層面之間則有顯著的負向關係;服務學習動機及阻礙因素對服務學習滿意度都有顯著的影響。另外,服務學習阻礙因素在動機與滿意度之間扮演了一個中介變項的角色。最後,本文根據研究結果提出若干建議與研究限制。
The purpose of the study was to investigate the relationship among motivation, barrier factor, and satisfaction of college students toward participating service-learning courses. Questionnaires were used for data collection in the survey. Participants included 1,028 students from six private colleges and universities in Taiwan. Results indicate that there is a significantly positive relationship between motivation and satisfaction, while the relationship between barrier factor and satisfaction, and motivation and barrier factor toward service-learning courses is significantly negative. Motivation and barrier factor have a significant influence on satisfaction towards service-learning. In addition, the barrier factor plays a mediating role in the relationship between motivation and satisfaction toward service-learning. According to the findings, some suggestions for future research for service-learning are recommended.
