題名:社會資本對醫事人員工作效率影響之分析

本研究旨在瞭解醫院員工對社會資本之知覺以及其網絡關係,同時探討社會資本對醫院員工工作效率之影響。編製問卷採系統抽樣方式調查北部某醫學中心員工150人,有效問卷112份,以探索性因素分析萃取社會資本之因素構面,並以多元階層迴歸分析社會資本因素對醫事人員工作效率之影響。研究結果顯示,醫院員工在社會資本網絡方面,無論是解決工作問題或是從事休閒活動皆以弱連結關係為主。由因素分析的結果萃取三個主要的因素構面,包括互助與資訊共享結構、休閒活動認知與信賴合作關係,透過多元階層迴歸分析顯示社會資本因素對醫院員工之工作效率有正面的影響,並有助於員工達成追求醫療服務的目標,解釋變異量分別增加55.1%及32.3%。醫院可以透過其成員之社會資本與網絡關係,進行資源的交換、整合,創造新的動態能力,增進工作效率。
