社會資本來自於個人及機構的社會網絡。本文旨在透過剖析近日澳門報章報導的三個社會問題案例，分析社會資本如何促進社區工作及透過知識管理在工作員與機構得以分享交流，成為一種資產使社區工作及機構不斷進步與革新。
Social capital comes from the connections within and between individual and organization social networks. This paper aims to analysis social capital as a resource to facilitate social community services and become organizational strategic asset which can be exchanged and shared within workers and organizations by knowledge management for continuous improvement and innovation of community work through studying three community issues recently reported by Macao newspapers.
