This study explored the correlation among community management services, residents' satisfaction towards the services and property values based on the Linear Structural Relation mode. The results of this study revealed that the house prices in well-managed communities were higher than those in the poorly-managed communities. Also, residents' satisfaction with the positive reflection of the management/maintenance services on the house prices suggesting that house owners should much more concern about their community because their efforsts in enhancing the community service quality not only relates to their residential quality but also controls and determines their house prices.
