本研究目的為探討陽明山國家公園解說導覽APP系統之解說成效、系統品質對使用者之滿意度、認知、態度及行為意向之影響。研究進行方式為利用平板電腦至現地,請受訪者操作系統後填寫問卷,共得有效問卷260份。研究結果發現,以行動解說導覽系統作為解說媒介具有良好之解說成效;另外,透過路徑分析發現,解說成效會正向的影響使用者對資訊內容之滿意度,而系統品質則是會正向的影響使用者對系統方面之滿意度。滿意度則會進一步正向影響使用者之認知有用性及認知易用性,而認知有用性及認知易用性則進而正向影響使用者對系統的態度,最後透過認知有用性及態度正向影響到使用者的行為意向。
The purpose of this study was to explore the interpretation effect and system quality of the Yangmingshan National Park interpretation application, with the focus on how it influences a user's satisfaction, perception, attitude, and intention. An onsite survey was conducted and 260 effective questionnaires were collected. Results showed that the experience with the interpretation application as the interpretation media received a good evaluation from users. Using path analysis, the study demonstrated that interpretation effect and system quality would positively influence a user's satisfaction with contents and the system, respectively. Further, this satisfaction would have positive effects on the perceived usefulness and ease of use, which would further influence a user's attitude toward utilization of the system. Ultimately, attitude and perceived usefulness influenced a user's intention to operate the system.
