本研究最主要在探討運動選手教練領導行為對運動自信心影響，研究針對臺灣體育運動大學學生，採普查方式進行問卷調查，共獲有效問卷1,945份。利用獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析及多元逐步回歸方式，探討教練領導行為對運動選手運動自信心的影響，研究結果為：一、男性運動選手對於教練的領導行為，在民主行為方面，顯著高於女性選手。二、運動選手對於教練的領導知覺，陸上競技類在關懷行為、民主行為、獎勵行為構面上，顯著高於「其他類選手」，同時在獎勵行為上也顯著高於技擊武術類選手。三、教練領導行為方式，對運動自信心皆有顯著影響。

To elucidate whether the leadership behaviors of coach can affect the perspective and sport confidence of athletes, we recruited the students of National Taiwan University of Physical Education and Sport to obtain 1945 questionnaires. The democratic character construction in leadership behaviors of coach in male is greater than female. The sport item of athletics exhibit greater console character, democratic character and encourage character constructions than the other items. Also, the encourage character construct is greater than combat sports items. In conclusions, the leadership behaviors of coach can influence sport confidence of athletes.
