運動團隊的團隊文化可能會透過器物、口號、共同信念等進行呈現,也會影響團隊的領導、凝聚力、個體的認同感與運動信心,進而影響競賽成績。據此,本研究目的主要為探討臺灣大專籃球代表隊經營團隊文化之內涵,並以曾獲大專籃球聯賽公開一級三連霸的國立臺灣師範大學為研究對象,瞭解其球隊於團隊文化經營與管理之歷程。本研究以深度訪談與參與觀察法為主,以外部環境因素與內部因素(領導、目標、結構、比賽)探討國立臺灣師範大學籃球隊之團隊文化。分析結果得知國立臺灣師範大學籃球隊經過多年的努力經營,於團隊文化的發展已小有雛型。對於球員的要求相當嚴格,且對於品行、學業與生活上需努力學習,成為一名真正的大師,競技運動方面則打造出一支競技場上如「獅」般的優秀球隊,且以「家」的核心概念貫徹整個團隊,在鉅觀的外在環境(聯賽性質、團隊訓練方式等)與微觀的內部因素互相影響作用下,建立起專屬於國立臺灣師範大學籃球隊的特殊團隊文化。本研究結論:運動團隊文化的形塑分為外部環境與內部因素,兩者之間環環相扣、相輔相成,經過交互影響與作用以後交織出特殊的團隊文化。國立臺灣師範大學籃球隊文化中可以看見其正向教育的影響,無論是技能提升、學業學習與未來生涯都有相當正面的影響。目前許多研究逐漸關注運動團隊文化,少有針對不同類型或同類型的多個團隊進行比較與分析,建議未來研究能夠朝向此方向探究。
In sports, team culture affects elements of leadership, cohesion, individual identity, and sport confidence, all of which heavily influence results in competition. Team culture may be cultivated through equipment, team slogans, shared beliefs, and so on. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to explore the implications, progression, and management of team culture for college basketball teams in Taiwan by means of interviews and past literature analysis, considering both external environment and internal factors. It takes as its particular focus the National Taiwanese Normal University basketball team, which has won the championship of division level one at the College Basketball League three times. Results indicate that the team has developed its own special culture with strict requirements of conduct, training, study, and life, to create an identity as "Lions." This culture stresses building an excellent basketball team and a core concept of "Home," which emphasizes the whole team as a tightly knit body. We conclude that intertwined and mutually reinforcing elements of the external environment (the nature of the league, team training methods) and internal factors (leadership, goals, structure, and competition) all play a part in establishing their unique team culture. In addition, education in skills training, academic learning, and future career counseling have all had a very positive impact. Recently, many studies have devoted attention to sports team culture; few have researched different and similar types of multi-team comparison and analysis, suggesting topics for future research.
