本研究旨在瞭解樂齡族群對於運動的休閒動機、休閒阻礙與休閒效益上之相關問題。本研究的研究對象為臺中市樂齡大學中學員，並採用問卷調查的方式進行資料收集，並透過R統計軟體進行統計分析，主要分成兩個部份：第一部份是以敘述性統計的方式，探討樂齡族群的學員在包括性別、婚姻狀況、教育程度、職業類別、規律參與休閒活動，其功用在於瞭解樂齡族群在各項目上的分佈狀況，第二部份是透過Pearson相關性檢定，來探討休閒動機、休閒阻礙與休閒效益三者間的相關性。本研究採用問卷調查的方式進行，其問卷的設計藉由SPSS統計軟體進行項目分析、信度分析、效度分析、因素分析後修改編製而成，並根據修訂後的問卷資料進行分析，以抽查的方式調查，共計發出份數為450份，有效問卷份數為414份，可用率達92%。針對回收後的數據採用R統計軟體進行Pearson相關係數分析，並得到休閒動機、休閒阻礙與休閒效益三者的關係。

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship among sport leisure motivation, leisure constraint and leisure benefit of the elderly in Taichung. The population of research subjects was composed of senior university students in Taichung. Four hundred and fifty survey forms were distributed to collect data, and 414 valid surveys were returned for a 92% response rate. The collected data were statistically analyzed by R-statistics and SPSS software for descriptive statistics and Pearson product-moment correlation analysis. The results of this study showed as follow: 1. There is significant correlation between leisure motivation and leisure constraints. 2. There is significant correlation between leisure motivation and leisure benefit. 3. There is no significant correlation between leisure constraints and leisure benefit.
