So far, there are lack of complete researches about the factors that affect faculty human resource management, the difficulties, the roles of president and director of personnel office, and the methods of integration activities. Therefore, this study sets university faculty as the object and takes in-depth interview to interview eight exports. As a result, there are three main points about the influence factors of faculty human resource management. The first one is that human resource activities should be combined with university goals and strategies; the second one is properties of faculty; the third one is the location of universities. Next, in human resource management, a university president should play a role to respect in every department, formulate a sound and fair system, create excellent and stimulating environment, and establish the bridge of administration and teaching. University Personnel Office has two roles with administration in accordance with laws and administration advisor. Furthermore, the integrated approaches of human resource management of faculty are the followings: it should be combined with the university policies; it should integrate with the personnel office, institutes, and departments; it conducts Human Resource Planning; it strengthens faculty development and teacher evaluation. Last, this study ultimately drew up significant conclusions and suggestions for reference to the educational administration agencies and universities authorities.
