冷戰後國際體系結構的轉變與挑戰，使相關研究主要集中於中國崛起所帶來的效應和對於美國霸權地位的挑戰。1990年代後期，隨著中國崛起所帶來關於「中國威脅論」的研究議題與看法，在客觀上認為中國綜合國力大幅上升，引起周邊國家以及美國的憂慮；在主觀方面，則是受到與中國友好與否的立場，而影響其是否認為中國將帶來威脅。為了回應以及消減外部世界的疑慮，中國學者強調中國崛起為一種「和平崛起」，引導外界思考中國的崛起與發展具有跳脫理論悲劇的可能性，甚至可以樂觀看待美「中」關係的發展可以「和平方式」達到權力轉移。爰本文目的在於梳理相關檔案之論述與評析，以期掌握對於中國「和平崛起」論述的全面性瞭解。
Research on China's rise started in the late 1990s. With the promotion of economics and global influence, these researches explore that the phenomenon of the rise of China brings a potential power transition from the United States to China. Meanwhile, Chinese scholars emphasized the rise of China as a peaceful rise to avoid the challenge of principles of international political conflict, such as Power Transition Theory. Furthermore, Chinese scholars try to build a new discourse on international theories with Chinese characteristics, and aim to convince each country in the world how can the US and China manage a potential power transition peacefully from theoretical and practical perspectives. Hence, this paper is to evaluate discourses on arguments of China's Rise by analyzing the essay and paper. That task involves answering four dimensions and is divided in four parts. The first part deals with the pessimistic discourse of the rise of China; the second part concerns to the China's response to the discourse of ＂China Threat＂; thirdly, it relates to the review of literature of Chinese scholars' opinions; the last part is the conclusion of the paper.
