膝關節為人體下肢中一個相當重要的關節,不論站立或活動均須靠它,一旦它受傷將嚴重影響個人的正常生活作息及運動。前十字韌帶是為維持膝關節穩定的一條重要韌帶,而國內外已經有很多學者指認了前十字韌帶傷害常發生在非接觸性(Non-contact)傷害的動作上,如急停—身體再急速前進中,膝部和身體因慣性向前,足部卻要停止於地板上,因而造成膝關節的扭力過大,或衝撞中,過大的外力導致前十字韌帶無法負荷、落地或切入等動作,也就是在沒有身體接觸狀況下受傷,非接觸性運動中造成前十字韌帶的傷害是因人體在動作中對前十字韌帶產生過大的張力所致。本文從相關文獻中整理出非接觸性運動中的前十字韌帶傷害。
