在日漸高漲的環保意識與自然資源耗竭的問題下,本文以臺灣太陽能電池產業為主要的研究對象,探討相關公司在關鍵技術之專利佈局與評估其研發績效。本研究以專利數量作為績效評估的產出變數、公司的資本額與研發費用作為投入變數。然後,運用偏好順序評估法(Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution, TOPSIS)與分析層級程序法(Analytic Hierarchy Process, AHP),分析太陽能電池廠商之研發績效並加以排序。本研究發現在16家公司中研發績效排名前三名公司為中美晶、茂矽與新日光。其中中美晶的發展重點以H01與C30分類碼為重,其關鍵技術在太陽能電池的晶片、製程、模組與長晶爐體結構上的發展為主;而茂矽與新日光則以H01分類碼為重要佈局,發展以太陽能電池的晶片、製程、模組為重點。
Due to environmental comsciousness and exhausted nature resources, this study investigates the key-technology layout and performance evaluation of the Taiwan solar cell companies. To evaluate the performance of solar cell companies, this study uses the company capital and R&D expense as the input variables and the patent numbers of different critical technologies as the output variables. In addition, this study applies the method of TOPSIS (Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution) and AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) to evaluate and rank the performance of solar cell companies. In this study, we can find, by the performance of solar cell companies, the top three of the sixteen companies are Saswafer, Mosel, and Neosolarpower. The development important fields of SAS are H01 and C30. The key technologies of this company are wafers, manufacture, module structures, and crystal growth furnaces. For the Mosel and NSP, they also focus on H01 and consider the solar cell wafer, process, and module structure as key technologies.
