近年來國內餐飲業雖蓬勃發展,但卻普遍存在員工人數有限及流動率頻繁的窘境,由於業者多屬中小型企業,公司內部欠缺人力資源完整職能架構及長遠策略規劃,為了讓餐飲業者永續深耕臺灣、布局國際,本計畫接受政府單位委託從餐飲業職能發展概念為基底,透過專家學者與企業主管的深度訪談,評估企業內部實際需求,協助業者建立客製化內部訓練體系,完備人力資源架構與發展,提振產業競爭力。
The domestic catering industry has been flourishing in recent years, but the plight of inadequate employees and frequent turnover is prevalent. Since the industries are mostly small and medium companies, there is lack of complete framework of competency and long-term strategic planning. This project was entrusted by the government to help the catering industry richly cultivate Taiwan while reaching out to the world. The project, based on the concept of competency developing, assists the industries to establish their internal training systems by in-depth interviews with experts, scholars, and business executives, as well as the evaluation of actual demand. We wish that the industries enhance their competitiveness after improving their human resources and development.
