The main purpose of this study is to investigate the visitors' environment literacy of water resources environmental education facilities and venues. The relationships among the environmental behaviors of the visitors personal back-grounds are also studied. This study is conducted by a questionnaire of water resources environmental education facilities and venues. From the case study of Yilan Shengou Water Resources Ecological Park,The 256 collected data was to analyze item analysis, Pearson's chi-squared test, T-test, one-way ANOVA and the following conclusions were obtained. The results show that the visitors' environmental knowledge of water resources environmental education facilities and venues is in moderate to high levels and behaviors is positive. Then the environmental behavior among the visitors of water resources environmental education facilities and venues differs on factors. Base on the above conclusions, the management department could make further efforts on this issue.
