題名:教師對環境永續發展的態度與實踐之關聯性分析

聯合國於1992年舉行地球高峰會議中將「廿一世紀議程」(Agenda 21)做為全球推動永續發展的行動方案。在台灣對於環境永續發展之目標亦已具體化,由行政院於1997年成立永續會,進行規劃與推動我國之環境永續發展工作迄今持續進行。環境永續發展不僅是目前全球各國重視的首要課題,亦是人類在與自然和諧共處下,享有之健康、富有、公平與永續的環境的理想的實現。台灣教育部將環境教育議題納入「國民中小學九年一貫課程綱要」中,期能讓教師透過在學校教育學生的過程中,對環境永續發展相關議題進行深化的環境教育,並應落實身體力行的具體實踐行動,方能產生正面之教育成效。本研究旨在針對教師對環境永續發展的態度與環境永續發展之實踐進行研究,本研究採立意取樣與隨機取樣,針對台中縣市、彰化縣以及雲林縣之大專院校100位教師進行問卷調查,問卷回收率85%,有效問卷回收率80%。再者,以統計方法進行研究資料之分析與研究假設之驗證。研究結果發現,本研究之教師的環境永續態度屬正向積極,惟在環境永續之實踐則屬中低度的現象。此外,教師的環境永續發展態度與永續環境實踐之間具顯著負相關。最後,由迴歸分析可得知教師的環境永續發展態度對其永續環境實踐具預測力。透過本研究結果可了解本研究樣本面對環境永續發展知行合一的行為表現情形,環境永續發展是目前全球各國重視的首要議題,是人類在與自然和諧共處下,享有沒有環境災難理想的實現,唯有人們實踐環境永續發展方能減少環境災難。
The Earth Summit hosted by United Nations in 1992 passed the "Agenda 21" as a global program of action to promote sustainable development. In Taiwan, the goals of environmental and sustainable development have also been specific. In 1997, the Executive Yuan has founded Sustainable Council which is responsible to plan and drive the promotion of the environment and sustainable development. Environment and sustainable development is not only the primary subject of national attention to the world, but is also in harmony with nature, the enjoyment of human health, rich, ideal for achieving equitable and sustainable environment. So far, Taiwan's Ministry of Education has included environmental education issues into "National primary and secondary schools nine-year syllabuses", expecting that teachers could deepen environmental education in schools and to educate students through the process, issues related to the environment and implemented personally practical act into practice, and finally to produce a positive effect on education as a results.The objective of this study is to investigate the environmental sustainability attitude and the environmental sustainability practice. This study was carried out with a total of 100 college teachers from Taichung, Yunlin and Changhua Counties. The number of returned questionnaires is 85, returned rate is 85%, the number of invalid questionnaires is 5, the number of effective questionnaires is 80, and the returned rate of effective questionnaires is 80%, respectively. The statistics analysis was adopted to analyze the collected data and verify the research assumption. The study results showed that the environmental sustainable development attitudes of teachers are positive and aggressive. However, environmental sustainable development practice of teachers achieved moderate and low degree. Moreover, the environmental sustainable development attitude and environmental sustainable development practice performed negative correlation. Finally, a regression model can be established to explain the causal relationship between environmental sustainable development attitude and environmental sustainable development practice. Through this study, the performance of the knowing and doing for environmental sustainable development of the research samples can be understood. Sustainable development is the primary issue around all the worlds. It is that human and nature should coexist harmoniously and achieve the ideal to live without any environmental disaster.
