本研究探討及檢驗深層演出、關係能量、情緒耗竭以及情緒智商之關係,解釋深層演出如何與何時分別基於努力觀點及人際互動機制影響情緒耗竭。採用第一線員工為研究對象,透過網路問卷收集資料,共計回收有效問卷322份,研究結果顯示:(1)深層演出直接正向影響情緒耗竭(努力觀點);(2)深層演出經由關係能量間接負向影響情緒耗竭(人際互動機制);(3)情緒智商會增強深層演出經由關係能量負向影響情緒耗竭的間接關係。本研究討論理論與實務上之意涵,同時對於未來研究方向提出建議。
The study explores and examines the relationships among deep acting, relational energy, emotional exhaustion and emotional intelligence that explain how and when deep acting affects emotional exhaustion, based on the effort perspective and interpersonal mechanisms separately. We administered surveys via the Internet to collect data from 322 front-line employees. The results reveal: (1) deep acting positively relates to emotional exhaustion directly (effort perspective); (2) deep acting negatively affects emotional exhaustion indirectly via relational energy (interpersonal mechanism); (3) the emotional intelligence enhances the negative effects of indirect relationship between deep acting and emotional exhaustion via relational energy. The study discusses theoretical and practical implications and provides suggestions for the future study.
