題名:高職教師情緒勞動與工作倦怠之相關研究-以社會認知理論為分析觀點

本研究以教師自我效能觀點,探討我國高職教師情緒勞動以及工作倦怠,實證檢視工作環境、自我效能對教師情緒勞動之影響與教師情緒勞動對工作倦怠之影響,同時,本研究也檢視真實感受在教師情緒勞動對工作倦怠影響所扮演的中介角色。
本研究主要運用LISREL進行結構方程模式分析,以檢定整體理論模式的適配性以及變項間關係的顯著性。研究結果顯示,整體結構模式的適配情況良好,研究假說多獲得支持。教師自我效能影響教師進行情緒勞動與教師工作倦怠情形於本研究中獲得實證支持,也就是說在特定工作環境下,教師情緒勞動所使用的表層演出、深層演出與自然呈現會受到自我效能之影響,教師工作倦怠除因表層演出之正向影響外,自我效能對工作倦怠具負向影響,代表自我效能愈高者其工作倦怠情形相對較低。最後,教師之真實感受中介教師情緒勞動進行與工作倦怠之關係。
本研究實證發現對工作環境、教師情緒勞動及教師工作倦怠的整合,以及社會認知理論之自我效能觀點的運用,具有重要貢獻。研究結果對於教師情緒勞動的內涵以及教師情緒工作管理意涵亦具重要價值。
