  工作標準化與組織溝通都是組織促進工作效率與減少風險與增進組織產能方式,本研究針對一般部屬層級做問卷調查,希望能從部屬的認知上了解組織的工作標準化與組織溝通對他們的影響,及職場友誼與工作壓力的是否有中介的效果。經過回收的問卷中從統計的分析得知工作標準化與工作壓力是沒有相關的兩個變數,但是在製造業中工作標準化與工作壓力卻是正向相關,亦即是部屬認知上工作標準化程度愈大他們的工作壓力也愈高;這個結果與組織層級的認知不同,也與實務上的認知有很大的差異,從統計上來看職場新鮮人與年資較淺者有這個現象,本研究結果可提供現在組織領導階層仔細思考對新進員工應採取的職場溝通方式與管理策略。
  Job standardization and organizational communication are organized to promote efficiency, reduce risk and enhance organizational capacity. This thesis try to do the survey at the general level of subordinates. Trying to understand the subordinator of the workplace they were effect on job standardization and organizational communication, workplace friendship and job stress as mediator. After recovering questionnaire that job standardization and job stress from the statistical analysis of two variables is not relevant, but the job standardization and job stress in the manufacturing sector is positive. That is the greater of job standardization their working on, the higher job stress of the awareness of their subordinates. This cognitive outcomes is different from organizational leader level. There are big differences on cognitive practice from a statistical point of view the workplace fresh people with junior who has this phenomenon. The result of this study can provide organizational leader the new thinking to communicate with the newcomer and the management strategy.
