為描述環境狀況，一般均藉物理測量方法來分析其品質，而「品質」 之評估，必涉及價值叛斷等問題，其所關心的是「較佳」，而非 「較多」的概念， 故本研究主要強調以觀察者本身為評估工具，依其知覺反應來直接描述環境品 質。 針對此知覺品質，除透過相關之理論及文獻，來探討並回顧知覺性評估之涵義、 應用層面及研究途徑等內容外，本研究也參酌應用「資訊整合理論」（IIT）之判 斷模式，進行對都會區景觀環境品質之知覺實驗；研究顯示，整體受試者傾向係 依相加模式來整合景觀中所含之垃圾及綠樹兩項刺激物，但就個人水準而言，此 相加模式卻僅見於少數受試者之間，研究者特就此結果說明對環境政策之涵意。

　　　　　We generally apply the method of physical measurement to describe the environment condition in order to analysis its quality. The evaluation of quality involves the judgement of value. It concerns the concept of "better"instead of "more".This study uses the investigator himself/herself as an evaluation tool and dexcribes environmental quality by perceived evaluation. The related theories and Literature were reviewed to study the meaning applicatiton level and study methodology in perceived quality. In addition, the Information Integration Theory is also included in the judgment process. 36 samples were picked in the perceived experiment of metropolitan environment. Samples tend to integrate two stimulations garbage and trees by and model. However, this situation was only y 6 individual samplers.
