本研究旨在探討高齡學習者社會資本、自我效能與幸福感之關係。為達研究目的,本研究採用問卷調查法,以南部地區六縣市樂齡學習中心55歲以上學習者為研究對象,採用分層比率抽樣,共抽取有效樣本820人;研究工具為「高齡學習者社會資本、自我效能與幸福感調查問卷」,問卷資料經統計分析後,獲得以下結論:
一、高齡學習者的社會資本非常良好,屬於高程度;並與性別、自
覺健康狀況、自覺經濟狀況、宗教信仰等背景變項有關。
二、高齡學習者的自我效能大致良好,屬於中上程度;並與性別、
自覺健康狀況、自覺經濟狀況等背景變項有關。
三、高齡學習者的幸福感大致良好,屬於中上程度;並與性別、自
覺健康狀況、自覺經濟狀況、居住狀況等背景變項有關。
四、高齡學習者的社會資本、自我效能與幸福感皆具有正相關。
五、高齡學習者背景變項、社會資本、自我效能對幸福感具有預測
力,且自我效能為中介變項。
根據上述研究結果,本研究針對高齡學習者、高齡教育機構、政府相關部門與未來研究等提出具體建議。
The main purposes of this study were to investigate the relationship among social capital, self-efficacy and well-being of senior learners. To achieve the purpose, the present study used questionnaires to survey the learners 55 years of age or older at Senior Learning Center in southern region of Taiwan. Using stratified proportional random sampling method, total 820 valid samples were drawn. The research tool is "The questionnaire of the relationship among social capital, self-efficacy and well-being of elder learners . Through statistical analysis of the questionnaire data, we obtained the following five conclusions:
First, the social capital of senior learners is very good and belongs to a high degree. It’s also related to the gender, conscious health status, conscious economic status, and religious beliefs.
Second, the self-efficacy of senior learners is generally good, and belongs to the upper middle level. It’s also related to the gender, conscious health status, and conscious economic status.
Third, the well-being of senior learners is generally good, belonging to the upper middle level. It’s also related to the gender, conscious health status, conscious economic status, and living condition.
Fourth, the senior learners social capital, self-efficacy and well-being are positively correlated.
Fifth, the senior learners background variables, social capital and self-efficacy on well-being have predictive power and self-efficacy is an mediation variable.
Based on the above research results, this study provides specific recommendations for senior learners, senior education institutions, relevant government departments, and future research.
