題名：青少年家庭社會資本與主觀幸福感模型建構之研究--以屏東縣國中生為例

本文旨在探討目前青少年家庭社會資本對主觀幸福感影響的情形，並建構家庭社會資本對青少年主觀幸福感影響的整合模型。本文試圖建構的模型包含了三個自變項「家庭背景」、「家庭內社會資本」、「家庭外社會資本」，一個依變項「主觀幸福感」。研究對象是以屏東縣國中生為主，透過結構式問卷調查，共獲得有效研究樣本 410人，並運用結構方程模式進行模型驗證。研究結果發現，建構的模型整體適合度與內在結構適合度佳，並且經過中介效果的檢定，模型確實存在著部分中介效果。由模型路徑係數得知，青少年「家庭背景」對「家庭內社會資本」具有正向的顯著影響；「家庭內社會資本」對「家庭外社會資本」具有正向的顯著影響；「家庭外社會資本」對「主觀幸福感」具有正向的顯著影響。另外，青少年「家庭背景」必須透過「家庭內社會資本」、「家庭外社會資本」，以及「家庭內社會資本」必須透過「家庭外社會資本」才會對青少年主觀幸福感有顯著正向影響。
This study aims to investigate influences of teenagers’ family social capital on subjective well-being and construct an integrated model for such influences. Model to be established in this paper contains three independent variables “family background”, “within-family social capital” and “outside-family social capital” as well as one dependent variable “subjective wellbeing”. Objects of this study are junior high school students from Pingtung County. Through structural questionnaire survey, 401 valid research samples are obtained. Structural equation modeling is used to conduct model verification. Results of the research demonstrate a good overall model fitness and internal structural fitness. Test of mediating effect shows there is indeed a certain mediating effect of the model. From path coefficient of the model it can be seen that adolescents’ “family background” positively and significantly affects “within-family social capital”; “within-family social capital” exerts positive and significant influence on “outside-family social capital”; “outside-family social capital” has significantly positive effect on “subjective well-being”. In addition, adolescent’s “family background” can only significantly and positively influence subjective well-being by virtue of “within-family social capital” and “outside-family social capital”; “within-family social capital” can only significantly and positively influence subjective well-being through “outside-family social capital”.
