緊急救護執行的良窳，攸關公共衛生與國家形象，越是先進的國家，對於緊急救護越是重視。SARS病毒造成各界極大恐慌與傷亡，在且戰且走的防疫戰中，我國消防人員主要負責SARS疑似病例的後送、就醫。本研究主要透過探討文獻找出有關影響因素，再藉由資料包絡分析法呈消防機關的相對效率，再分析影響相對效率差異的願，希望藉此能增進消防機關執行傳染病緊急救護成效及資源利用，進而保障執勤人員及全民健康安全。

The performance of the Emergency Medical Service influences the public health, and even national images. Developed countries should be paying attention to the treatment to patients done by Emergency Medical Services. SARS virus causes great fear, injuries and fatalities. Our firefighters were responsible for sending suspected patients to hospitals in that anti-SARS campaign. This research discusses the influence factors with were collected and analyzed through relevant documents and literatures, and then utilizes the methodology of Data Envelopment Analysis to show the efficiency of each fire department. In this research the causes that affect the difference of relative efficiency were also analyzed. The expectation is to promote the performance for implementing emergent medical rescue of infectious diseases, and the utilization of resources of fire departments, and finally to ensure the health of the personnel involved in the emergent service activities and the public.
