The Mohist attached much importance to legal systems. The ideology of Mohist consisted of complex logical thoughts and the Three Disputes Theory was to see as the foundation as well as the core thinking of Mohism. Due to the title and the content, “Mo-Tzu Fei-Ru-Xia” was de1iberately neglected by later scholars. Although a few parts of “Mo-TzuFei-Ru-Xia” were not parallel to the history, this was in point of fact the conclusion of critiques the Mohist had proposed toward the Confucianist. This article, thus, tried to give a historical definition on Ru-Mo-Xiang-Fei by applying the Three Disputes Theory to analyze “Mo-TzuFei-Ru-Xia.”
