本研究旨在探討大專校院桌球選手目標取向。研究對象為大專校院380位桌球選手，研究工具為「大專校院桌球選手目標取向問卷調查表」，根據調查蒐集之資料，發現結果如下： 一、大專校院桌球選手目標取向傾向「工作取向」，以超越自己為主。 二、大專校院桌球選手性別的不同在目標取向有顯著差異存在；但在訓練年數、持拍方式、學校類別、最高成就、練習時間及相處時間皆無。

The present study is purported to examine the interrelationships among "task orientation". Based on a questionnaire addressed to university table tennis players of 380. The major findings can be summarized as following: 1. The university table tennis players end to pay more attention to task orientation in goal orientation. 2. The university table tennis players tend to pay more attention to significant differences are found in terms of gender along this dimension.
