評量與評鑑是一個系統化的評估過程，評量評鑑結果經常可以提供課程與教學改進的重要資訊。在教育邁向多元化發展的大潮流下，評量評鑑之理念與技術之再發展即成為教育發展中之一項要務；尤其，如何擴展評量評鑑之向度並突破過度簡化之數學客觀也就成為一項重要課題。本研究發展一個模糊評量評鑑模式，此模式採用層級分析法、模糊數學、類神經理念、與規則資料庫等等邏輯與運算，建立一多指標之評量評鑑系統。為說明此系統發展之歷程與實際運用，本研究選用科學教育領域中之 STS教育為評鑑主題；於研究中，同時界定其評鑑指標並實際予以運用。本研究建立之評鑑系統經試用後，已進一步發展連結程式，建置於網頁中提供參考與修正運用。
Evaluation is a systematic process, which provides valuable information for improving curriculum, instruction and learning. In the mega-trend of diversification in education, extending the dimensions of evaluation and beyond the classical mathematical method have become an important issue in evaluation. Thus, this study developed a multi-criteria evaluation system, which adopted Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), fuzzy logic, neuro-concept, and rule base. For illustration, the STS (Science, Technology, and Society) education was adopted as an example. The newly developed system has been successfully tested and validated on the web site for on-line users.
