在極端氣候時代,環保議題在全球化企業追求獲利之同時,已成為各組織營運之最優先考量因素。本研究以實踐大學高雄校區將申請ISO14001環境管理系統認證之模式為例,透過學校業管單位主管之深度訪談及分析,運用「投入-過程-產出」模式與「失效模式與效應分析方法」,評估與管理環境衝擊因素,評選風險優先數值,進行預防管制作為,建立一套標準作業模式,作為本校導入ISO14001認證之先期模式參考。
In this era of extreme climatic and environmental issues in the global enterprises while pursuing profitable, have become a top priority of the organizations operating considerations. This study takes the ISO14001 environmental management system certification at Shih Chien University Kaohsiung Campus as an example. Through in-depth interviews of the school's top-manager of environmental protection, we assess and analyze these environmental impact factors. Using "Input-Process-Output (IPO)" model and "Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA)" approach, we evaluate and calculate the risk priority number of environmental impact factors. We find out the prevention and correction of high RPNs' events and set a standard operation procedure as the references to the environmental impact evaluation and management for ISO14001 certification.
