This study aimed to help students enhance their self concept by a small group and self-management strategies. After group activities and implementation of self-improvement program, the basis for classroom recording, reflective journals, interviews recorded and the scale, we can find that implementation of small groups and programs were effective to enhance the self-concept. It was difficult to predict the effect can last long. However, I had more interaction and communication with students and had more subtle and precise observation and description. Although the findings have its limitations and hard to widely used, the research will be helpful for these students and follow-up researchers.
