本研究旨在藉由小團體與自我管理策略的實施，來幫助學生增強自我概念，在團體活動與執行自我改進方案之後，依據課堂記錄、省思札記、晤談記錄與量表等資料，可以發現小團體運作與實做方案對於提升自我概念顯有成效，但這樣的方案如果普遍運用到一般學生身上，可能效果就不會那麼顯著，個案本身的特質也可能是帶動方案成功的因素之一，執行時間有限，難以預測效果能持續多久，如果學生之後沒有再持續沿用這些方式或是尋找其他方式來幫助自己維持正面的自我概念，很難保證目前的成果能夠持續多久。研究者藉由這次的研究計畫，依照行動研究的步驟來執行，與學生之間多了團體活動之外的互動與交流，對於學生在自我概念上的改變，可以做更細微與精確的觀察及描述，雖然研究結果有其侷限性，也難以廣泛運用，但對於學生本身以及後續想進行類似主題的行動研究者，相信會有一定程度的影響與作用。

This study aimed to help students enhance their self concept by a small group and self-management strategies. After group activities and implementation of self-improvement program, the basis for classroom recording, reflective journals, interviews recorded and the scale, we can find that implementation of small groups and programs were effective to enhance the self-concept. It was difficult to predict the effect can last long. However, I had more interaction and communication with students and had more subtle and precise observation and description. Although the findings have its limitations and hard to widely used, the research will be helpful for these students and follow-up researchers.
