2015年臺灣電子商務將成兆元產業,基於提供電子商務安全便利的環境,第三方支付服務有助於網路微型商家的發展,但商家必需額外負擔交易相關成本與衍生的可能風險,所以必需謹慎考量規劃。本文透過文獻探討彙整與蒐集網路賣家對第三方支付平臺不悅的案例分享,進行內容分析之編碼判定、使用德爾菲法,選擇10位專家,整理出微型商家評選第三方支付平臺的3大關鍵因素及16項評估準則,再邀請已使用第三方支付微型商家填答進行階層程序分析(AHP),進一步釐清哪個相對比較下的權重質大小,提出一套決策模型以供商家和支付機構之參考。
Taiwan's e-commerce will become trillion industry in 2015. Based on providing a safe and convenient e-commerce environment, the third-party payment service contributes to the development of micro-businesses on network. Using third-party payment platforms, the micro-businesses may be required for the additional burden of transaction costs and risks associated with derivatives. This study conducted literature review, collected unhappy cases and compared analysis. It used Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) as an analysis tool to sort out factors and criteria.
