本研究目的旨在於探究冒險教育活動對大專運動代表隊成員在團隊凝聚力上所產生的影響。依據研究目的，研究者擇定8位來自2種不同類型運動（女子排球與男子壘球隊）代表隊成員，參加本研究者所設計的2天，每天8小時，共16小時的活動課程，包含：平面探索活動、團隊定向、低高空繩索活動與反思分享等內容。而後，研究者採取質化研究中現象學的取向切入，針對研究對象給予深入訪談，結果發現：冒險教育活動能夠增進運動代表隊成員的團隊凝聚力。最後，研究者對未來研究及課程設計提出相關建議。

The purpose of this research aimed to explore the influence of adventure education activities on collegiate athlete's group cohesion. Participants were 8 athletes from 2 school athletic teams, including: women's volleyball and men’s softball. After participating 2 days (8 hours per day, 16 hours in total) adventure education programs, including: PA games, team orienteering, ropes courses as well as reflection and debriefing, the approach of phenomenology and the qualitative methodology of in-depth interview were practiced to explore the influence on participants' group cohesion. According to the result, the adventure education activities could enhance the group cohesion among teammates. In the end, researchers provided some suggestions for future research and course design.
