題名:中部地區某金控公司員工運動習慣與睡眠品質關係之比較

本研究目的旨在探討中部地區某金控公司證劵部員工運動習慣與睡眠品質之間的關係。以495 位證劵部員工為研究對象,研究工具為匹茲堡睡眠品質量表(Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index, PSQI),測驗所得數據以SPSS for windows 18.0 套裝統計軟體處理,以描述統計、費氏精確檢定及變異數(ANOVA)分析,比較不同組別之差異,顯著水準定為α=.05。結果:一、有運動習慣的人數比率為51.7%,每週參與運動頻率為1.5±1.8次、每次運動時間為22.7±26.1 分鐘、運動強度在50%以上的比率有69.5%。二、在睡眠品質方面,平均睡眠總分平均在6.5±2.9 分,睡眠總分>5 的比率為62.6%,顯示本研究受試者其睡眠品質不佳的比率較高。三、在運動習慣與睡眠品質比較上,有運動習慣組的睡眠品質較好,睡眠時數也較長。結論:中部地區某金控公司旗下證劵部員工的運動參與習慣與睡眠品質尚有改善的空間,在參與運動習慣上應可加強運動時間與強度,以提升個人健康與體適能;研究已證實運動可以改善個人的睡眠品質,建議該公司主管可透過公司健康促進活動,鼓勵員工參與運動,培養規律運動的習慣,以提升員工個人健康,創造更高的附加價值。
This study was designed to investigate the relationship of exercise habit and sleep quality in a financial holding company in central area. 495 securities department staff was participate for this study. Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) was used and data was analyzed using SPSS for windows 18.0 system for descriptive statistics, Fisher's exact test, and ANOVA analysis, significance different is α=.05. The results are as follows: 1) The ratio of exercise habit is 51.7%, the exercise frequency per week is 1.5±1.8 times, exercise time is 22.7±26.1 minutes, and the ratio of exercise intensity >50% is 69.5%. 2) In sleep quality, average sleep score is 6.5±2.9, the ratio of total sleep score >5 is 62.6%. This result shown that poor sleep quality was found in participates. 3) Comparing exercise habit and sleep quality. There is better sleep quality and longer sleep hours in exercise habit group. Summary: There are a space of improvement in exercise habit and sleep quality in a financial holding company employees in central area. They can enhance the exercise hour and exercise intensity for elevate personal health and fitness. This study was confirmed that exercise can improve personal sleep quality. A good and regular exercise habit can elevate employee's health and create more additional values.
