This research investigates the correlations and influence between leisure sports course involvement, learn achievement and work performance. First, leisure sports course involvement how to influence the learn achievement and work performance. Furthermore, the paper makes sure the causal relationship on variables of each dimension, for each variable it explore the operational definition and design an appropriate questionnaire to measure variables. This study utilizes questionnaires to make the research on the learn leisure sports course service training students, The questionnaires issue 400 copies; 382copies is returned; after deducting 45 invalid questionnaires, 337 responses are valid and returned rate is 84.25%. Structural equation modeling (SEM) was applied to examine the model of this study. The analytical results indicated that: (1) leisure sports course involvement had a significantly positive influence on learn achievement; (2) learn achievement had a significantly positive influence on work performance; (3) The degree of involvement of leisure sports courses has no significant effect on work performance. This study further explores the results of the study of leisure sports course could have an indirect effect on the effectiveness of the study. This research suggests that the higher the degree of involvement of students in the leisure train course will affect their learn outcomes and indirectly improve their work Performance will be higher.
