The purpose of this study was to investigate the learning motivation of adult shift workers in Macau, the obstacles encountered in the learning process and the factors affecting their willingness to continue learning. A questionnaire survey was used to study the learning motivation, learning obstacle and continuous learning intention of adult shift workers in Macau. A total of 1000 questionnaires were distributed and 750 valid samples were collected. The data were processed by multiple regression analysis. It is concluded by statistical analysis that the learning motivation and Learning barriers of adult shift workers in Macao have significant influence on the willingness to continue learning.
