     組織慣性的管理問題普遍存在於企業組織內。長期以來,在組織變革與創新研究 領域中,有關影響組織慣性形成因素及其表現方式的研究內容一直是較缺乏系統化研究。本 研究認為組織慣性行為的理論性意義,實際上乃是全體組織成員在特定情境下所有個人行為 的集合產出;因此,實有必要將其拆分成個人、部門及組織等不同層次的行為表現,據予詳 細觀察,俾能較精確掌握見樹又見林的成效。鑑此,本文以質化方法進行研究,以亟求能更 週延來解釋組織慣性形成的全貌性現象,並指出其管理實務上的涵義,俾利提供我國企業實 務界參考。
     The concept of organizational inertia identifies a relatively unexplored area in organization change and innovation. A literature review suggests that most of the organizational inertia researchs are lack of integrative perspective. Hence, the author display an organization inertial factors study, which intend to integrate the individual factors、 group factors and organizational factors to explore the organization inertial behavior in complex social system.
