Entrepreneurship is regarded as an important way to improve social economy and promote economic development, which shows its importance in today's society. At present, all countries are actively promoting entrepreneurial activities, hoping to promote innovation and entrepreneurship and activate the development of the national economy. This study intends to take graduates of domestic colleges and universities as the research object, and explore the antecedents that affect their entrepreneurial intentions and entrepreneurial behaviors. To understand whether Perceptual Behavioral Control, Psychological Capital and Social Capital influence graduates' entrepreneurial intention and entrepreneurial behaviors. Whether subjective norm has a moderating role. The independent variables discussed in the research framework are perceived behavioral control, psychological capital and social capital, and the dependent variables are entrepreneurial intention and entrepreneurial behavior. Structural equation modeling was used for data analysis to understand the findings. Online questionnaires were distributed to graduates of colleges and universities, and 392 questionnaires were collected, with 366 valid questionnaires. The results of the study found that the perceived behavioral control, psychological capital and social capital of college graduates have a positive impact on entrepreneurial intentions, entrepreneurial intentions also have a significant positive impact on entrepreneurial behavior, and subjective norms have a positive impact on perceived behavioral control and entrepreneurial intentions. Negative moderating effect, entrepreneurial intention has a mediating effect on perceived behavioral control and entrepreneurial behavior. It is recommended that higher education provide relevant innovation and entrepreneurship courses that strengthen students' psychological quality, encourage students to innovate and start businesses, and weaken the negative impact of the environment on their entrepreneurial intentions.
