　　　　　警察政策的形成：已由過去經濟（理性模式）與政治（漸進模式）的二大典範時期，融合推進到另一個以社會為主體（社會政策設計途徑）的典範時期。 　　警察政策的執行：在內部方面，授權基層、分權警政、上下溝通、擴大參與、激勵士氣等調整傳統警政指揮結構的調適性作為，是警察在執行政策時，不可或缺的組織內在條件。至於在外部方面，執行者須能創造有利的環境，以有效執行政策。 　　警察政策的評估：批判評估理論已將政策科學由點的評估，拉長到線的評估，更擴展到面的評估。
