     自1990年代以來,學習型組織的建構普遍受到企業界及教育界的重視。在我國,無論是教師效能的提升及教育改革的需要或建構中、小學為學習型組織,均有其必要性。故本研究經由文獻探討,設計成原始「學習型組織導向的中小學校長領導風格量表」及「學習型組織導向的中小學組織文化量表」,先由八位中小學校長用德懷術修正原始量表題目,俾符合內容效度,再將修正後的量表製成問卷,依據「中華民國教育統計」所列中小學,以分層隨機抽樣及比例配置法,抽取795校為樣本,並以校為單位寄發1份校長及10份教師問卷。經兩次追蹤調查後,共回收有效校長問卷492份,有效教師問卷2,135份。經題目分析刪減量表題目,再經因素分析找出量表之因素結構以符合建構效度,最後經折半信度與內部一致性信度考驗後製成兩種供中、小學校長、教師自評用的正式量表,供學校做建構學習型組織之參考。
