本研究以24個接受心理諮商之家庭內性侵害受害者的個案紀錄資料作為研究對象及本文，就其基本資料、性受害經驗、適應症狀、諮商師之諮商介入情形進行分析。 研究結果發現:(一)女性受害者最多，女男比例為23:1，有些案主合併遭受身體虐待會疏忽。多數案主之父母離婚或分居中，或有婚姻暴力情形，案母多為家庭經濟主要照顧者，案父多呈現缺度或失功能。(二)案主之受害經驗多發生在幼兒及國小時期，舉發性侵害時間以在國小時期最多。舉發者以親人為主，母親是最主要的舉發人。在事件舉發之後，要面對生活變動、司法處置，以及與家人關係修復等議是。(三)在適應症狀上，呈現心理上的負面認知、負面情緒、低自尊、負面意像，行為上的偏差行為、自傷行為、對身體界線模糊或很清楚，人際上的親子、異性或同性等人際關係上的適應困難，在學校與家庭生活調適的壓力，以及面對偵訊或出庭訴訟的壓力，這些均交互影響著案主之整體生活，且其適應症狀有其個別差異性。(四)在諮商介入上，諮商師對案主進行整體與系統性的評估，擬定個別化的諮商計劃，並以全人關懷為中心、具性別意識的態度，協助其建立諮商關係、處理扭曲認知、經發壓抑情緒、重塑依附關係、提昇自我概念、增進生活適應、加強自我保護、協助家庭重建、建構支持系統。
The study was to analyze 24 case records , all of which were the cases of incestuous victims. The records were used to be the objects and the texts, and the purposes of this study was to analyze the basic background, sexually victimized experience, and adaptive symptom of the text of them, and counseling intervention for them. The findings of this study were as the following. The most frequent gender was female, and the proportion of female-to-male was 23 to 1. It was found that some cases were combined with physical abuse or neglect. The parents of most cases were found in divorce, in separation, or involving with violence. The mothers were the primary family income keepers, and the fathers were found either absence or dysfunction. The most frequent ages of first victimization were in the primary school ages and infant. The most frequent ages for the cases reported to the police were the primary school ages. The primary accusers of incest were mothers. After the accusation, the most frequent issues the victims had to face were great change of daily life, judicial involvement, and the restoration of relationship among family members. Regarding adaptive symptom, the victims revealed negative cognition, negative emotion, low self-esteem, negative self-image, delinquent behavior, self injure, confused or distinct body boundary, difficulty in same-gender and cross-gender interpersonal relationship, difficulty in school and family life, and felling stress among judicial involvement. As for the counseling intervention, the counselor should assess the client in a whole and systematic approach and develop an individual counseling plan. The counseling should focus on establishing healthier counseling relationship, dealing with distorted cognition, reshaping attachment relationship, promoting self concept and self protection, assisting the reconstruction of family, and improving construction of supporting systems.
