兒少時期性創傷對於當事人的影響，包括自我價值、身體界限、人際互動、及親密關係等面向，本研究採立意選樣法邀請五位受訪者，以非結構性訪談之敘事法進行資料蒐集，研究方向如下：(1) 瞭解當事人兒少時期被性侵害之情形；(2) 探索當事人之性態度及其改變與轉化。(3) 深究如何找到力量與途徑於其重建歷程。資料分析的脈絡是以國內外文獻、研究者本身、及受訪者錄音訪談之逐字稿，此三者來回對照，由循環理解之過程，深入詮釋受訪者敘述之內容，以主題方式呈現訪談之結果。研究結果如下：(1) 受訪者內心對生命之「信任」支持其面對性侵害後之生活；(2) 轉化與改變過程為螺旋狀向上移動，雖然一再面對相同主題，受訪者學習做出更好的選擇；(3) 重建的關鍵是當事人用「心」把自己愛回來。主題分別有：擺脫自我耗損之慣性與接受自己、性愉悅之另闢蹊徑、停止混亂與瘋狂的生活、我值得過好日子之自我覺醒、真實表達出自己的感受、辨識自己「要」什麼、感知自我界限，能夠清楚說「不」、訓練照顧自己的能力。根據上述本研究結論有四：(1) 重建是一段無法快速飛躍的過程；(2) 信任與生俱來的自我療癒能力；(3) 重建過程開啟回歸永恆真愛的旅程；(4) 親密關係深度連結之心靈途徑。

The experiences of sexual abuse survivors in their childhood have a profound impact on their sense of self-worth, physical boundary, interpersonal dynamics, and intimate relationships. The proposed qualitative research investigates how the survivors face and re-construct their worlds from the abuse. The study employed purposive sampling method to recruit five participants. Data gleaned from nonstructural narratives was analyzed according to the following themes: (1) Back in the childhood when the abuse took place. (2) The survivors' sexual attitude, changes and transformations. (3) How the survivors found the strength and resources to re-construct their worlds. The process of analysis involved repetitively cross-referencing among the literature, the researcher's own experience and transcriptions of the interviews. The results of the study were presented according to the themes emerging from the analysis, followed by the recommendations for future research. The results are as follows: (1) The survivors move forward from the abuse in spite of the history, because they somehow still have trust for life. (2) The same challenge would surface again and again but each time the survivors handle it in a better way. It is a spiral-up process. (3) The journey of healing is towards self-love with the whole heart of the survivors. The emerging themes from the findings include: self-draining and self-acceptance, finding the alternative to orgasm, stopping the chaos and craziness, ＂I deserve to live a good life,＂ expressing one's feelings, discerning one's ＂wants,＂ sensing boundary, voicing ＂No,＂ developing the capacity of self-care. There are four conclusions in the study: (1) Re-construction is a process that takes time. (2) The survivors discover their inherent ability of self-healing. (3) The process is a journey back to true self-love. (4) The survivors deepen the intimate connection with others through the healing journey.
