「文化工業」已是現代社會文化生產的支配形式,乃至於扮 演著文化中介的重要角色,因此,本文首先回顧與文化工業相關 的概念、變遷與分析,以釐清文化工業研究的對象、定位與方 法,其次是進一步思考當代「全球化」現象對於文化工業的影 響,尤其是從管制、資本、產製及文本等等主要面向來描繪其基 本圖像,第三是分別從「在地—全球」的空間層次、「資本—產 製」的生產環節,整合包括媒介帝國主義、文化勞動新國際分 工、全球在地化及創意場域等等組織形式及其統理關係,最後則 是反省上述各自所衍生的自主或依賴的經濟利益與文化意義,並 建議未來值得繼續探討的議題。
Cultural industry has been the dominant form of cultural production and played the important role of cultural intermediary in contemporary society. As a result, this paper focuses on how globalization influenced the development of cultural industry. Following a review of different approaches, the author tries to discuss about globalization's impact on cultural industry. The argument is made that globalization of cultural industry brings multiple organization forms and different governance relationship between global and local space level. Finally, this paper concludes with a clarification of theoretical considerations for further investigations.
