根據統計，嫁到台灣的大陸籍與以東南亞國家為主的外國籍配偶遭遇家庭暴力事件、並且向家庭暴力防治中心求助的比例，持續增加當中。台灣現階段的家庭暴力實務工作中，重視兩性間不平等權力與控制的角度，但是並未加入種族／新住民身分所遭遇的不平等的角度。新住民與家庭暴力受害者，都是反壓迫實務工作所關切的標的人口。因此本文以文獻探討的方式，從結構不平等與反壓迫實務工作的角度，來分析大陸籍與外國籍配偶遭遇家庭暴力事件的成因與他們的因應策略，發現台灣社會結構上對這些配偶的不平等，對這些配偶在遭遇家庭暴力事件後的因應、選擇、與生活重建，產生重要的影響。因此，本文在台灣現階段第一線家庭暴力防治社會工作人員現有的、具備性別意識的工作模式中，加入新住民所面對結構不平等的角度，嘗試提出一個結合性別與新住民身分的工作模式建議。

In Taiwan, the numbers of domestic violence victims who originally came from Mainland China and southern-eastern Asian countries are increasing. The perspective of gender inequality has been included in Taiwan’s domestic violence practice, however, the lens of structural inequality that immigrants and minority groups often experience is still missing. Immigrants and domestic violence victims are primary target population of Anti-oppressive practice. Therefore, anti-oppressive practice lens is adopted in this paper to analyze literature concerning domestic violence victims who originally came from Mainland China and southern-eastern Asian countries in order to understand their unique experiences and needs. It concludes that structural inequality has profound impacts on these victims’ coping strategies and adjustment. Helping strategies arising from Anti-oppressive practice are added to current Taiwan’s domestic violence practice.
