本文目的，在探討影響屏東科技大學學生學習滿意的因素，以及滿意的情形。本文藉由文獻分析、學生意見會議、專家審查會議，以及問卷調查等方法蒐集相關資料。研究結果發現，屏東科技大學學生認為影響其學習滿意的最大因素，依序是「教師與教學」、「環境支持」、「課程與教材」、「行政支持」；滿意情形高的項目多是在「教師與教學」，不滿意情形高的項目多是在「行政支持」，且發現影響程度與滿意情形呈現正相關。研究結果針對校方及各學院，在教師教學、課程、學習環境及行政服務等項目提出建議，以供參考。

This study aimed to explore students' learning satisfaction in National Pingtung University of Science and Technology and improve lower items of learning satisfaction in teacher teaching, curriculum, learning environment, and administration service. The data were collected by literature review, student consultation, expert consultation and questionnaires. The conclusions and suggestions of this study were offered to Nation Pingtung University administration and chairman of each college after analyzing the data collected in this study finally.
