The main purpose of this study is to discuss: 1. the present situation and participation motivation of the excellent women players who joined Kabbadi. 2. to analyze the diversity of these excellent Kabbadi women players under different backgrounds. The 2010 Guangzhou Asia Olympic women Kabbadi Team players are regarded as the main group. The total distribution consists of 60 questionnaire and we received 45 questionnaires, with a 75% of effective questionnaires. The result of this data will analyze via descriptive statistic, independent-samples t test, one-way ANOVA, and scheffe. The results were as follows: First, the distribution of score under participation motivation from the excellent women players who joined Kabbadi is ranked intermediate. Second, different materials, training hours, and attending will have obvious difference on ”participation motivation”. However, different educational background, age, and athletic achievements do not indicate obvious differences on ”participation motivation”. Third the level of motivation depends on different elements. In this research, the armature athletes have higher participation motivation compared to student players. In different training hours, the players who were trained 3-6 hours have higher participation motivation than players who were only trained under 3 hours. Depending on player's will and participation motivation, the players who keep being trained have higher participation motivation than players who do have not yet made decision whether to be a make this their professional athletic career.
