本研究以Ajzen(1985)計畫行為理論為基礎,目的在於建構大學生參與壁球運動行為傾向模式,並探討中部地區大學生參與壁球運動之行為態度、主觀規範、行為控制知覺、對於行為傾向之影響。本研究以中部地區大專院校設有壁球場地且開設壁球課程之學校學生為母群體,並採問卷調查法進行研究。調查結果發現:中部地區大學生參與壁球運動以進修部的男性學生居多;年齡方面以19至21歲最多;在每週參與運動的頻率方面以除體育選修課外幾乎沒有的比例最高;在未來會繼續參與壁球運動的比例最高。態度、主觀規範、行為控制知覺、行為傾向等四個潛在變項的組合信度模式內在品質佳,具有收斂效度與區別效度。研究模式的配適度分析,修正後模式具有可接受的適配度。從本研究態度對行為傾向、主觀規範對行為傾向、行為控制知覺對行為傾向等3個直接效果,均達到顯著水準而中部地區大學生參與壁球運動的行為傾向受到態度的影響最大。隨機抽取兩群組在參與壁球運動行為模式全等,顯示兩群組具有交叉效度,因此具有一致性及穩定性。本研究依據研究結果提出相關建議,提供教師、業界及政府相關單位對推展壁球運動之參考。
Based on Theory of Planned Behavior (Ajzen,1985).this study aimed to construct the model of squash participant's behavioral tendency of college students in central Taiwan, as well probed into the variables' (attitude, subject norm and perceived behavioral control) impact on squash participant's behavioral tendency of college students in central Taiwan. With questionnaires as the study tool, the population of the study was the college students in central Taiwan, where their schools provide squash lessons and fields. Among the sample data of descriptive statistics: male students were the main participants of squash in all sex; students from age 19~21 were the main participants in all age; evening division had the highest percentage in all kinds of divisions of school; students who only take PE classes got the highest percentage in frequency of students who exercise every week; students who would continuous play squash had the highest percentage in future participation survey. The composite reliability of four latent variables (attitude, subject norm, perceived behavioral control and behavioral tendency) the composite reliability, which indicated that the model fitted the observed data well and with convergent validity and discriminant validity. After analyzed the goodness of fit of model, the researcher made a revised one and got the below, which showed an acceptable value of model. In this study, attitude, subject norm, and perceived behavioral control, they all had significant direct effects on behavioral tendency, among them, attitude made the most significant impact on participant's behavioral tendency of college students in central Taiwan. In random sampling, the sports behavior modes of participating in squash of the two groups were equal so the two groups reveal, the cross-validation were presented in two set of samples, providing stability and consistency for model. Suggestions were made in accordance with the result of the study, it is hoped that it can serve as useful reference of squash popularization for teachers, government authorities and related planners.
