本文以李秀如、王德睦（2008）所描繪的貧窮輪廓為基礎，進一步 採用道斯卡布塔（Das Gupta）（1993）的率之標準化及分解的方法，來 分析市場所得、家戶結構及政府淨移轉等三類因素，對於臺灣兒童貧窮 率趨勢變遷影響力的排序。 實證結果發現：在兒童貧窮率上升的期間（1988-1993、1999-2001、 2004-2006及2007-2009年），市場所得的因素，都居於主導的地位，而 且，其影響力都遠大於其他兩類因素。另外，在1988-1993年間，家戶 結構變化的影響力大於政府淨移轉變化的影響力之外，其餘兒童貧窮率 上升的期間裡，均是政府淨移轉的影響力大於家戶結構變化影響力，而 且，兩者影響力的差距是逐漸地加大。 而在兒童貧窮率下降的階段（1993-1999、2001-2004及2006-2007年間）， 市場所得的因素及政府淨移轉的因素，都是重要的影響因素。以 1993-1999及2001-2004年間來看，市場所得變化的影響力主導了兒童貧 窮率趨勢的下降。對於在2006-2007年間兒童貧窮率趨勢的下降，政府 淨移轉的影響力主導了該期間兒童貧窮率的下降。
