題名:國中小學生、教師對校園欺凌行為之認知與態度研究

本研究之主要目的在探討國中小師生生欺凌行為之認知與態度之研究。本研究採問卷調查法,以國中小師生為研究對象,施以「國中小學生校園欺凌行為知覺問卷」、「國中小學生校園欺凌及受害行為調查量表」、「國中小教師校園欺凌行為知覺量表」,所得資料以描述統計加以分析。382位國中小學生、112位國中小教師參與本研究,結果發現: (1) 教師對於校園欺凌者及受害者的估計分別為13.04%、11.04%;學生對於校園欺凌者及受害者的估計分別為48.25%、41.87%。 (2) 國中小學生認為校園欺凌行為可能發生的時間,依序為「放學後」、「下課時間」、「其他自習課,卻沒有老師在的時間」;而教師認為校園欺凌行為可能發生的時間,僅有「放學後」、「下課時間」。國中小學生認為校園欺凌行為可能發生的地點,依序為「校外」、「陰暗的角落」、「廁所」;教師則認為「教室」、「廁所」、「上學及放學路上」均為欺凌行為可能發生的地點。 (3) 國中小學生認為「以髒話辱罵別人」、「推打」等比例較高,是其同學較常有的欺凌行為;國中小教師普遍認為「恐嚇」、「威脅」、「毆打」等為國中小學生的較常出現的欺凌行為形式。 (4) 國中小學生對於欺凌行為特徵知覺以「口語的型式較多」所佔比例較高。 (5) 國中小學生認為欺凌者之所以欺凌他人的原因之知覺以「看對方不順眼」、「不爽」、「因為對方惹到他/她」等比例較高;國中小教師普遍也認為「看對方不順眼」、「不爽」、「因為對方惹到他/她」等比例較高。 (6) 國中小學生認為受害者之所以受到欺凌的原因之知覺以「自己太白目」、「因為他/她好欺侮」等比例較高;國中小教師普遍也認為「因為對方惹到他/她」、「自己太白目」等比例較高。 (7) 國中小學生對欺凌者特徵知覺而論,以「很嚣張」、「愛耍大牌」、「脾氣暴躁」等比例較高;國中小教師對欺凌者特徵多以「自以為是」、「很嚣張」、「脾氣暴躁」等比例較高。 (8) 就國中小學生對受害者特徵知覺而論,以「膽小」、「個頭小」、「乖乖的」等比例較高;教師則認為,受害者特徵多以「朋友較少」、「缺乏社交技巧」、「膽小」等比例較高。 (9) 國中小師生對社會排斥、威脅、口語攻擊、間接性身體、直接性身體攻擊防治因應策略的知覺均存在差異。最後,本研究進行討論並對未來研究提出相關建議。
The main purpose of this study is to explore and investigate bullying cognition, attitude of junior high school students and teachers. 382 junior high and elementary school students and 112 junior high and elementary school teachers were selected from junior high and elementary schools by stratified sampling. The participants were administered by “Junior High and Elementary School Students Bullying Behavior Perception Scale”, “Junior High and Elementary School Students Bully and Victim Behavior Scale”, “Junior High and Elementary School Teachers Bullying Behavior Perception Scale”. The statistical methods used to analyze the data were descriptive statistics and z-test. Finally, the research results are discussed and suggestions for future research are offered.
