Chronic disease leads to impairment and physical disability is common in the elder people. The purpose of this study is to explore influence of community care intervention in elder people with disabilities due to chronic disease. The study conducts qualitative research to collect data by in-depth interviews of 10 elder people with disabilities. The results show community care could improve the life adaptation and quality of live for elder people with disabilities due to chronic disease. Community care increases social support and interpersonal interaction for disable elderly and reduces psychological burden. The dilemmas of community care are poor home service quality and limited service times. Finally, elder people appreciate community care resource without high expectations.
