本研究旨在探討臺南市新營區學員對社區教育課程之重視度與滿意度。依據文獻探討,將課程滿意度分成教學師資、課程內容、學習環境、行政支援、學習成就及人際關係等六大構面。研究方法採便利抽樣法,共發出問卷350份,有效問卷329份,比例占94%。統計分析方法採重要表現程度分析法(I.P.A),探討社區課程的劣勢與威脅做為課程設計之參酌。研究結果發現學員對課程的需求有顯著差異,未來開設課程時應以學員的需求為考量。另學員在硬體教學設備、教學品質及行政服務效率方面之滿意度偏低,因此有必要從此三方面著手,提高社區推廣教育課程總體滿意度。
The purpose of this study is to explore attitudes of residents of Sinying Districy in Tainan regarding importance of and satisfaction with community education courses. Based on the literature, course satisfaction comprised of six dimensions namely faculty, course content, learning environment, administrative support for learning, achievements, and social relationship. A convenient sampling method was employed to distribute 350 questionnaires with 329 of them fully completed. The results that market segmentation is needed to design a better curriculum. Furthermore, the result showed that residents are relatively unsatisfied with the teaching facilities, teaching quality, and efficiency of administrative support for learning.
